You’ve been lied to
In fact, if you’ve got the radio or TV playing in the background, odds are good that you are being lied to right now.
The media is constantly filling your mind with lies – lies about the things it wants you to think are important. Things like…
The rich rule over the poor,
and the borrower is slave to the lender.
– Proverbs 22:7
It’s not rocket science
Believe it or not, personal finance is extremely simple to understand.
There are no complex formulas for you to memorize. No special equipment to buy.
You CAN do this
You just have to want to. I can show you how to achieve
It’s time to make a change.
You work hard all week long, so it’s heartbreaking when you get time to spend some of that hard-earned money, only to find that you don’t have any money left to spend.
Or when you get to the end of your money before you get to the end of the month.
But that’s just the way it is.
That’s the way most of your friends and family live:
That’s the way your parents lived.
You don’t know any other way.
There IS another way
I can show it to you.
I am living it!
Living in Financial Freedom
I’ve been broke, and it’s not fun.
However, I discovered there is something worse than being broke: being Poor.
We often use the terms “broke” and “poor” interchangeably, but they are very different. Broke is a state of accounts – namely, your bank accounts are empty (or close enough to it). Poor is a state of mind – that place your mind goes when you think you’ll never have enough, so you have to do what you can to get what you can whenever you can.
An empty bank account can be cured with more money. Which, believe it or not, can be easily acquired through more work, selling stuff, financial windfalls, etc.
The Poverty Mindset can only be cured through diligent effort. You must know – really KNOW – that you are worthy of more, that you can achieve whatever you set your mind to, and that you can hold what you have loosely because that death grip is what is strangling your finances.
Trust me, it took a focused effort – and a lot of prayers – to get me out of my Poverty Mindset, so that I could fully understand Financial Freedom. It is worth all the struggle and all the sacrifice that it took to get here because, at age 41, I was able to quit my comfortable (and well-paying job) to live in full Financial Freedom.
